1.How to answer/end calls or play/pause music via these earbuds?
Answer/End Calls: Just double tap on either earbud
Reject Calls: Long tap on either earbud for 2s
Play/Pause Music: Tap once on either earbud
Previous Track: Double tap on left earbud
Next Track: Double tap on right earbud
Volume +: Triple tap on right earbud
Volume -: Triple tap on left earbud
Voice Assistant: Long tap on either earbud for 2s, then released
2.How to pair with my phone of these earbuds?
a. Open the charging case, then you will hear a beep “right channel” from right earbud, “left channel” from left earbud, it means that earbuds are ready to pair.
b. Trun on the bluetooth on your phone, then choose the “VEATOOL X15” in bluetooth menu. Earbuds will be connected with your phone.
3.How to get the charging case to charge on a wireless charging pad?
a.Just put the charging case on the wireless charging pad with it’s led power display facing up.
b.If you find that the LED display is not flashing, move the charging case up and down until the display flashes, indicating that charging case is being charged wirelessly
