Q: Why does this Magnetic Wireless Car Charger not charge/charge slowly/charging intermittently？ A:
1. Make sure your phone supports Qi wireless charging and fast charging.
2. Check the car charger and use a QC3.0/QC2.0 car charger.
3. Connect it to a power source with stable voltage and frequency. Do not connect it to the USB port of the computer/vehicle.
4. Check the cable, please use a data cable (the included USB-C cable) that supports fast charging.
5. Check the phone case, please remove the case with a thickness of more than 4 mm (0.2in).
6. Check the foreign objects, please remove the magnetic attachments, credit card, metal phone ring holder, and pop holder from the back of the phone/case.
7. Check the alignment of the coils, please adjust the bottom feet to keep your phone’s charging coil is correctly aligned with the charger’s coil.
8. Do not use in extreme environments, it is recommended to use at room temperature of ≤28℃ (82.4℉).
9. Check the connection, please make sure the data cable, adapter, and charger are properly connected.
